Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Chairs ADNOC Executive Committee Meeting
Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, chaired the Executive Committee meeting of ADNOC’s Board of Directors held at the company’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

During the meeting, he reviewed ADNOC’s performance and strategic priorities for the coming period, including plans to boost local growth and international expansion through XRG, accelerate digital transformation using advanced artificial intelligence technologies, and strengthen national talent development programs.

He highlighted the success of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2025) in promoting international cooperation and reinforcing the UAE’s role as a strategic partner in ensuring sustainable energy supplies.

ADIPEC 2025 saw the completion of 35,000 deals worth a total of AED 168.8 billion ($46 billion), with more than 239,000 visitors from 172 countries, underscoring the UAE’s status as a global energy hub.

During the event, ADNOC announced several agreements to expand its international footprint and increase AI adoption, while its subsidiary TA’ZIZ awarded a AED 7.3 billion contract to build the country’s first integrated PVC plant, and XRG signed framework agreements to study LNG projects in Argentina.

He emphasized the importance of continuously enhancing ADNOC’s competitiveness in line with rapid global transformations in the energy sector.
