The deal involved a Dubai penthouse at the Bugatti Residences by Binghatti project in Business Bay, spanning approximately 47,200 square feet, making it one of the largest ultra-luxury residential units in the region.

According to the developer, the price per square foot reached around AED 11,650, setting a global benchmark and reinforcing the status of the Dubai penthouse as the most expensive residential unit sold in international luxury property markets.
